<div itemprop="description">Alf passed away peacefully at the Lacombe Hospital on September 14, 2014 at the age of 90 years. <br /> <br />He will be missed by his loving wife of 68 years, Caroline; twin sons, Merv and Erv (Pam); 8 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren; sister, Ella; as well as many other relatives and friends. <br /> <br />A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, September 20, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 5508 - 48A Avenue, Red Deer with the Reverend Jozef Wroblewski presiding. <br /> <br />At Alf&rsquo;s request, please no flowers. Memorial donations may be made directly to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to Sacred Heart Catholic Church.</div>
