<div itemprop="description">It is with great sadness that our family announces the passing of Ivy Kathleen Harding (nee Puttick) on June 10, 2016 at the age of 94.<br><br>Ivy was born in Delisle, Saskatchewan to Ellen and Joseph Puttick on November 26, 1921. She was the youngest of 4 daughters and had 7 siblings. Ivy was educated in Delisle and graduated from Business College in Saskatoon. Her first job was with the Delisle Royal Bank.<br><br>Ivy met Bruce Harding of Laura and later moved to Dartmouth, Nova Scotia where he was stationed with the RCAF during WWII. She worked at a wholesale business that shipped food and other goods overseas to Britain. They were married in Woodside, Nova Scotia on January 8, 1943. After the war they returned to the farm in the Laura area. They retired from there in 1980.<br><br>Ivy is survived by her daughter, Dianne (Gene) Chovin; 3 grandchildren, Kristine (Mike) Skeels, Lisa Chovin and Regan Chovin; 2 great grandchildren, Justin Skeels and Jillian Skeels. She was predeceased by her husband of 60 years; their daughter, Marilyn, in 1962; and by her parents and all of her siblings.<br><br>There will be a family memorial in Saskatoon to be announced at a later date.</div>
