<div itemprop="description">LUKAT<br /><br />Jason Lenard<br /><br /><br /><br />Jason Lenard Lukat passed away on June 14, 2015, due to his fight with pancreatic cancer. He will be dearly missed by all his family and friends. Jason is survived by his two brothers, Shawn Lukat and Andy Lukat; his sister, Joanne Lukat; three nephews; two nieces; one aunt as well as many cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his grandparents, Adolf &amp; Matilda Lukat, and Robert &amp; Beryl Schwartz; his parents, Gus &amp; Ada Lukat; his uncles, Robert Schwartz and Dawson McDonald. No funeral service will be held as per Jason&rsquo;s wishes however condolences are welcomed by the family. In lieu of flowers donations made directly to your nearest cancer foundation will be deeply appreciated.</div>
